📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day project tasks for product and service solution implementations from close of sale through customer support handoff • Lead end-to-end service delivery for complex, high-visibility projects, including ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations • Coordinate supply chain solution rollouts across the customer network • Create and maintain project work schedules • Track customer requirements and translate requests into key deliverables • Manage multiple concurrent projects and monitor workflow requirements • Ensure project timelines and quality expectations are consistently met • Direct clear communication between internal teams and external customers • Prioritize project needs and manage available resources • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement and positive organizational change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Full professional fluency in German and English • Project Management experience in an ERP ecosystem • Experience working with ERP systems • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability • Quality-focused and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Proven ability to handle multiple projects • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Excellent organizational skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Preferred: Project Management experience in the retail supply chain ecosystem • Preferred: Understanding of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation • Preferred: Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization • Preferred: Ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel • Preferred: Track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects in the retail supply chain ecosystem • Preferred: Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs
