📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing product and service solutions from close of sale through customer support handoff • Lead end-to-end service delivery of complex, high-visibility projects, including ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations • Manage supply chain solution rollouts across the customer network • Create and maintain project work schedules • Track customer requirements and translate requests into key deliverables • Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple concurrent projects • Monitor workflow requirements to ensure timelines and quality expectations are consistently met • Direct clear communication between internal teams and external customers • Prioritize project needs and manage available resources • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement and positive organizational change • Coordinate across multifunctional teams without direct authority • Handoff completed projects to customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role • Fluent in German and English • Project Management experience in ERP ecosystem • Ability to work remotely in Germany, preferably near Düsseldorf/Dortmund • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Experience working with ERP systems • Strong problem solving and analytic ability • Quality-focused and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Proven ability to handle multiple projects • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills • Nice to have: Project Management experience in Retail Supply Chain ecosystem • Nice to have: Understanding of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation • Nice to have: Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization • Nice to have: Ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel • Nice to have: Track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem • Nice to have: Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs
