📋 Description

• Own well-scoped, ongoing design work on a mature product area, likely Deploy • Deliver iterations, improvements, edge-case handling, polish, and consistency work under senior review • Turn defined problems into clear, production-ready interface designs • Contribute to research alongside a senior teammate • Run focused user interviews and usability checks • Synthesize research findings with support • Use the design system and flag missing patterns • Partner with engineering and product management through implementation • Pair on edge cases and communicate decisions with reasoning • Contribute design assets for launches and releases, including in-product onboarding, release-notes visuals, and announcement surfaces • Build technical fluency in DevOps, IaC, and technical user workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of product design experience • Ideally, experience with B2B, technical, or developer-facing products • Solid fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design • Fluency in Figma and modern design system practice • Portfolio or concrete work samples showing shipped product work, design process, interaction decisions, and visual craft • Applications without examples or a portfolio will not be considered • Reliable execution of ongoing, iterative work with consistent quality • Clear written and verbal communication • Openness to critique and direction • Curiosity about technical users and technical conversations • Comfortable using AI tools in the design workflow • Fluent English (B2+) • Based in Europe
