📋 Description

• The Finance & Administration area is under your responsibility • You will be responsible for your department and manage our external service providers for core finance processes (accounting, controlling, cash management, revenue collection, HR services, etc.) • You will also participate in key sales processes that affect your area (proposal preparation and costing, agreements with customers and partners, etc.) • Data maintenance, reporting, and ensuring data quality and controls are part of your responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • At least 5 years of professional experience in finance • Excellent communication skills, confident presence, and fluent German and English skills • Reliability, flexibility, and a high degree of self-motivation • Proficient with relevant finance software (e.g., DATEV, Easybill), MS Office, and preferably experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
