âą Minimum 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. âą Proven track record recruiting in the Adtech / Programmatic industry (Buy-side or Sell-side knowledge). âą A "Builder" mentality. You enjoy setting up processes and using automation to work smarter, not harder. âą Strong communication skills to act as a Culture Ambassador. âą Fluent in English (C1/C2) and French is mandatory.
