📋 Description

• Ensure the use of agile methodologies and remove technical or business obstacles that hinder the progress of the agile team’s activities. • Support the team in managing the development project. • Create product and team reports in accordance with the agile methodology being used. • Monitor, identify, document, escalate, and follow up on the resolution of internal and external impediments affecting the team. • Participate in team ceremonies and represent the team when necessary. • Work with the client to obtain acceptance of the team’s deliverables. • Focus on continuously delivering value to the client and removing impediments that affect team productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience applying agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban. • Experience facilitating ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. • Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday, Azure DevOps, or other platforms for tracking sprints and backlogs. • Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Information Technology-related field. • Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or another relevant certification.
