• Own the product roadmap across a portfolio of core platform experience areas — drive prioritization decisions, balance competing demands, and maintain a clear and committed delivery direction • Lead, develop, and coach a team of product managers — building product craft, strengthening ownership mentality, and helping PMs grow into confident, strategic contributors • Translate portfolio-level strategic priorities into clear execution plans, maintaining alignment across local engineering teams and US-based product leadership • Serve as the primary product voice in cross-functional conversations with engineering, design, and QA across distributed teams • Balance cross-cutting strategic initiatives, platform health, and proactive roadmap improvements — knowing when to deliver new value and when to protect stability • Drive adoption of generative AI tools across your PM team — from discovery and research synthesis to writing, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication — building habits that raise both quality and pace of product work • Champion AI-assisted prototyping and concept exploration as a standard part of the discovery process; help PMs use generative tools to move from early ideas to concrete, testable direction faster and with less engineering commitment upfront • Partner closely with PitchBook product leadership to communicate priorities, represent trade-offs, and keep your portfolio visible and well-reasoned at the leadership level • Make confident prioritization calls — including distinguishing truly critical maintenance from work that can wait, and defending those calls with engineering • Proactively surface resourcing needs, dependencies, and risks before they become delivery blockers • Evaluate and grow PM performance; establish clear role expectations, run reviews, and contribute to hiring as the portfolio evolves • Foster a culture of customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across your teams • Serve as a key representative of local PM teams within the broader Product Management organization, helping surface insights, coordinate cross-organizational activities, and strengthen strategic alignment between local teams and Product Leadership.
• 7+ years in product management, or 10+ years in technology with at least 4 years in product management roles • 2–3+ years of direct experience managing product managers or cross-functional product teams • Proven track record of owning and driving roadmaps across multiple product areas simultaneously • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — including experience working with international or English-speaking clients, partners, and leadership teams • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-intensive platforms; comfort navigating complex user workflows and large-scale data systems • The ability to distinguish strategic product work from routine maintenance — and to make and defend those calls with engineering teams • A coaching orientation: you develop product thinking and judgment in your team, not just execution output • Excellent written and verbal English.
