📋 Description

• Source and engage potential franchise partner candidates across multiple markets • Build and manage long-term candidate relationships and pipelines • Work closely with internal teams and international client contacts • Keep recruitment activity structured and documented in CRM systems • Recruit franchisees and develop long-term relationships for international franchise networks

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced recruiter with strong knowledge of franchise business models, or direct experience recruiting for franchise organizations or networks • Excellent English – spoken and written – is required • Ability to source and engage potential franchise partner candidates across multiple markets • Ability to build and manage long-term candidate relationships and pipelines • Ability to work with CRM systems and keep activity structured and documented
