• Offer excellent customer success services to American authors. • Coordinate activities between authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of book publications. • Follow established book publishing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality products to authors. • Serve as the first line of contact for American authors. • Coordinate efforts among authors, editors, designers, and other team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken). • Excellent spoken communication skills. • Relevant experience in customer success or project management. • Good time management skills. • English speakers. • Ability to serve American authors. • Remote work from South America.
