⢠Help launch and scale a new business focused on delivering white-label installment credit card and lending solutions to banks and credit unions. ⢠Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships while helping establish a new distribution channel for the company. ⢠Identify and engage prospective bank and credit union partners. ⢠Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, industry networking, referrals, and strategic relationship development. ⢠Lead opportunities through discovery, solution positioning, business case development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution. ⢠Collaborate with leadership throughout the sales process to advance strategic opportunities. ⢠Develop relationships with stakeholders across lending, payments, digital banking, product, and executive leadership teams. ⢠Represent Splitit at industry events and develop relationships across the banking, credit union, fintech, and payments ecosystem.
⢠5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within fintech, payments, lending, banking, or related technology sectors. ⢠Demonstrated success generating pipeline, navigating complex buying processes, and closing new business. ⢠Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited by the opportunity to help build a new business and distribution channel from the ground up. ⢠Strong communicator and relationship builder who can establish credibility with stakeholders from operators to executives. ⢠Actively using AI-powered tools to improve prospecting, account research, productivity, and sales effectiveness. ⢠Willingness to travel as needed.
