📋 Description

• Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution • Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and high performance • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team • Translate business goals into clear product and engineering priorities • Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones • Drive product decisions and help shape the overall product strategy • Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and technical excellence • Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively identify risks and solutions • Contribute to coding, architecture, and technical implementation when required • Foster a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Extensive experience managing and leading engineering teams in a senior leadership capacity • Proven experience owning product roadmaps, project planning, and cross-functional execution • Strong background in startup and/or fast-paced e-commerce environments • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical work • Highly organized, accountable, and committed to meeting deadlines • Strong product mindset with the ability to prioritize features based on business impact • Experience working closely with CEOs, founders, designers, and engineering teams • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment that involves continual adaptation and change
