Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. 📋 Description

• Fielding and resolving overnight questions and support requests from our patients and partners • Respond to and triage inbound patient and partner questions via phone, email and SMS • Escalate questions and concerns to other teams for additional support • Assist Field Support and Sprinters with real-time scheduling changes • Support clerical work prior to and after appointments

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in patient or patient service, healthcare required • Preferred: experience working with Zendesk • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software • Experience coordinating with national labs such as Quest or Labcorp • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in appointment documentation and record-keeping • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
