📋 Description

• Own Sprinto's AI browser extensions and AI features end to end as their business owner • Define problem statements from first principles and determine what to build, why, and for whom • Build the product and take it to first customers through hands-on one-on-one work toward a successful POC • Drive distribution and adoption by partnering with CX, Sales, and Marketing • Own accuracy and quality for AI-driven features and improve output reliability post-launch • Set direction for the product stream and remain accountable for outcomes • Sprinto provides an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS • Business-owner mindset focused on customer outcomes, adoption, and impact • Strong first-principles and structured thinking • Ability to break down ambiguous problem spaces and build a path from idea to launch • Comfortable running customer discovery, POCs, and feedback loops directly with early users • Cross-functional collaboration with CX, Sales, and Marketing from product build through go-to-market • Comfortable with a fast, high-ownership environment • AI product experience is a strong plus, not a requirement
