📋 Description
• Build and manage candidate pipelines in the ATS system • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling • Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and clear communication throughout the process • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to track candidates and follow up on next steps • Improve recruitment workflows, systems, and operating rhythms by identifying bottlenecks and repetitive processes • Maintain accurate candidate data, recruiting documentation, and hiring funnel reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Clear, thoughtful, and empathetic communication • Ownership mindset • Detail-oriented approach • Curiosity about systems and willingness to learn new tools and processes • Bias toward action and comfort figuring things out independently • Ability to identify broken, inefficient, or manual processes and improve them • Available to join immediately • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or an ATS is a plus, not required
