📋 Description

• Develop standardized solutions for customers • Research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change-event problems • Manage escalated events when necessary • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems for implementation projects • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand business objectives and goals • Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products • Conduct assigned tasks and assignments • Track implementation project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve scheduling issues • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results • Ability to balance driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer skills
