📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and identify AI use cases • Design, build and deploy AI-powered applications using OpenAI technologies • Integrate Large Language Models into enterprise systems and business workflows • Develop backend services and APIs to support AI solutions • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI workflows • Integrate AI applications with existing enterprise platforms and data sources • Prototype, validate and optimize AI solutions for production environments • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance • Contribute to best practices for AI engineering and customer delivery • For Senior-level candidates: lead technical discussions, mentor team members and support solution design

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience in software engineering • Experience building applications using OpenAI APIs or similar Large Language Model platforms • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience developing REST APIs and backend services • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM-based applications • Experience integrating enterprise systems and external APIs • Knowledge of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Experience with Git and CI/CD • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Fluent English - C1
