📋 Description

• Integrate low-level drivers into higher-level abstractions within modular Simulink components, following software design requirements and feature diagrams • Assemble multiple components into complete features and integrate them into products/applications • Create new products and integrate previously developed features • Find and fix bugs and defects • Create releases and test functionality on hardware, including features, communication protocols, and product parameterization/configuration • Extend and upgrade the project's custom C++ code generator • Analyze generated C++ code and occasionally modify C++ directly

🎯 Requirements

• Strong debugging and integration skills • Experience in embedded software development with C/C++ • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink • MATLAB scripting, ideally using MATLAB OOP • Experience with modeling and code generation • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers • Proactive approach to solving complex integration challenges • Code review experience • Strong knowledge of C++ to analyze generated code and perform occasional direct modifications • Experience extending and upgrading a custom C++ code generator • Nice to have: experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Nice to have: Python scripting experience
