🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources and career guidance in the United States. • Knowledge of the U.S. labor market and professional practices (e.g., forms such as I-9, W4, work permits). • Desirable: Knowledge of coaching and professional development. • Ability to teach job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation. • Previous experience in teaching or professional training (desirable). • Clear and effective communication in Spanish.
