📋 Description

• Define and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business priorities and long-term goals. • Lead, coach, and develop the IT organization across IT Support, Systems Engineering, and Information Security. • Ensure high reliability, availability, and scalability of corporate IT infrastructure and cloud services. • Own the corporate information security strategy, including risk management, asset protection, and regulatory compliance. • Lead international certification initiatives for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001, including policy development and end-to-end audit management. • Manage the IT budget and vendor portfolio, including cost planning, optimization, and contractual negotiations. • Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and lead incident response processes. • Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and process automation initiatives. • Develop and improve ITSM processes, SLA governance, and user satisfaction measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across IT Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security. • Strong background managing corporate IT infrastructure and cloud platforms. • Solid understanding of information security practices, including IAM, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management. • Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001 compliance and risk management frameworks. • At least Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English. • Strong strategic mindset, hands-on ownership approach, and effective communication skills. • Experience implementing or migrating enterprise ITSM, IAM, or cloud platforms is nice to have. • Understanding of DevOps practices is nice to have. • Familiarity with COBIT or NIST is nice to have. • Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant professional certifications are nice to have.
