âą Receive and process claims notifications âą Manage the administrative and operational follow-up of files âą Support policyholders throughout the claims process âą Analyze documents and information required for claims handling âą Manage communications with stakeholders (policyholders, experts, insurers, third parties, etc.) âą Handle subrogation and recovery actions when necessary âą Ensure compliance with procedures and processing deadlines âą Update tracking and management tools
âą Proven experience in P&C (Property & Casualty) claims management âą Good knowledge of claims settlement processes âą Experience in front office, back office, or recovery/subrogation handling is a plus âą Excellent written and interpersonal skills âą Strong organizational skills and attention to detail âą Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously âą Proficiency with IT tools/software âą Experience in home, motor, or multi-risk insurance is highly valued âą Registered as a self-employed contractor (auto-entrepreneur) required âą Based in France âą Available at least 35 hours per week
