• Manage administrative records for freelance contractors and employees • Prepare and verify payroll and billing items • Maintain and track contracts, administrative documents and supporting documentation • Support accounting tasks (invoices, payments, reconciliations, payment tracking...) • Respond to administrative requests from contractors and internal teams • Update various tracking tools and ensure data accuracy • Contribute to improving and automating administrative processes
• Previous experience in HR administration, payroll, accounting or general administrative management • Strong proficiency with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, management tools...) • Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines • Self-starter, proactive and able to propose improvements • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment • Good level of English is a plus
