• Experienced full-desk recruiter or search consultant with a strong business development background • Proven ability to generate revenue within a recruiting or staffing environment • Entrepreneurial and self-directed with a builder mentality • Skilled at balancing both recruiting delivery and sales responsibilities • Motivated by long-term growth, autonomy, and uncapped earnings • Healthcare, senior living, or healthcare staffing experience is preferred but not required • Comfortable operating in an evolving startup environment where initiative and adaptability matter
