📋 Description

• Part of a growing national team supporting engagements across diverse industries • Setting up clients in QBO and/or Xero, Payroll, and app setups • Clean up client databases and document ongoing bookkeeping processes • Full cycle bookkeeping including reconciliation, processing invoices, and overseeing payroll • Ongoing communication with clients and representatives throughout the year

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Sr. Bookkeeper, Manager, or equivalent • Accounting/business diploma/certificate or equivalent work experience • Ability to plan, prioritize and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities • Demonstrated leadership skills - managing, coaching, and inspiring others • Patient, caring, understanding, and there to support the different learning styles of the new and existing Bookkeepers • Demonstrated ability to teach • Ability to work both independently, and with little supervision, but willing to ask questions or obtain assistance when needed • Expert knowledge of various accounting programs, especially Xero and QuickBooks • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs • Proficient with Google Suite of applications • Passion for excellent client services • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with others toward a common goal
