• Lead and manage the marketing and sales ecosystem during critical growth phases. • Establish a practical and effective system that ensures the achievement of sales targets. • Improve lead quality and accelerate decision-making during the early stages of real estate projects. • Direct supervision of paid advertising across platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, others). • Manage and guide the sales team, establishing daily and weekly follow-up mechanisms. • Build, activate, and monitor the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth lead flow. • Define sales targets and KPIs and track achievement consistently. • Analyze the customer journey, identify gaps in marketing and sales processes. • Prepare periodic reports for senior management with recommendations and required decisions.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales. • Proven experience in managing marketing and sales teams. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems • Direct experience in paid advertising and data analysis. • Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to intervene quickly and improve performance. • Deep understanding of the residential and investment real estate market.
