📋 Description

• Own new business growth: Build and execute a proactive strategy to identify, pursue, and secure new clients in the tech and IT space. • Drive in new monthly revenue, building a sustainable pipeline and client portfolio through a mix of existing relationships and strategic outreach. • Leverage your network: Bring an established book of business and trusted client relationships, opening opportunities quickly and strategically. • Lead the full sales cycle: From prospecting and pitching to negotiating agreements and closing deals. • Partner with clients: Serve as a consultative advisor on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market insights. • Collaborate closely with recruitment delivery team to align business development initiatives with delivery capacity and client expectations. • Collaborate closely with marketing to strengthen STACK IT’s go-to-market approach – aligning outbound efforts, campaigns, and brand positioning to generate qualified leads and expand market visibility. • Represent STACK IT in the market: Attend networking events, tech meetups, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and drive referral business. • Track and report performance: Maintain accountability through CRM tracking (HubSpot), pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in IT staffing sales or SaaS/tech solution sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets • A strategic rainmaker who understands how to position value, differentiate offerings, and close complex deals • Brings a portfolio of relationships or active network within the technology sector - startups, scale-ups, or enterprise clients • Skilled in consultative selling and capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders, hiring managers, and procurement • Deep understanding of IT hiring challenges and market dynamics, or equivalent experience selling technology solutions or services in the IT or SaaS space • Tech-savvy and analytical, leveraging tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRMs to manage pipeline and performance • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and entrepreneurial environment • Known for integrity, accountability, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results
