📋 Description

• Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities for commercial interior fitout projects • Cover partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, and door hardware in project estimates • Produce competitive tender submissions, including documentation and supporting information • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to chase pricing and confirm project scope coverage • Manage multiple concurrent tenders across overlapping deadlines • Build material and cost breakdowns • Take on increasing pricing responsibility over time

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial interior fitout estimating experience covering partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, and door hardware • Experience with fitout estimating software (Planswift / Buildxact / Cubit), with Planswift as the primary system • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work through drawings independently • Australian market experience highly regarded
