• Setup and Location: WFH • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (PH Time) • Employment Type: Full-time • Manage employee relations, compliance with workplace regulations, and HR administrative processes. • Administer employee onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and orientation processes. • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases for compliance and reporting. • Implement workplace health and safety policies, and training as needed. • Handle employee inquiries, resolving conflicts and fostering positive workplace relations. • Prepare HR reports, including attendance, leave, and performance metrics, for management review. • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, updating procedures as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in human resources or related roles. • Familiarity with the SCHADS Award and workplace health and safety (WHS) obligations are an advantage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and compliance. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Problem-solving skills to address employee relations and compliance challenges.
