📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls with a warm, professional phone personality • Address patient inquiries • Monitor the practice email inbox • Manage, book, and coordinate patient appointments directly within eClinicalWorks (eCW) • Run real-time insurance eligibility checks • Verify coverage and benefits prior to appointments • Provide general front-office support • Assist with administrative coordination as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fully fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish (required) • Minimum 1 year of hands-on, practical experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) is strictly required • Prior patient-facing medical receptionist or front-desk experience in a U.S. healthcare setting • Prior pediatrics experience is highly preferred • Minimum 1 year of handling the full insurance verification cycle • Proven experience verifying insurance eligibility • Strong phone etiquette • High organizational skills • Full availability to work standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours • Fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus
