📋 Description
• Manage and organize large, complex patient files and clinical records with extreme detail and accuracy • Conduct professional, warm, and clear patient outreach across phone, email, and text messaging • Navigate complex insurance verifications across Commercial, Personal Injury (PI), and Workers' Compensation coverage • Oversee provider calendars, book patient appointments, and ensure smooth clinical workflow • Utilize nursing judgment to handle patient inquiries, understand treatment contexts, and streamline care without requiring heavy supervision
🎯 Requirements
• Active RN (Registered Nurse) or NP (Nurse Practitioner) background (non-negotiable) • Minimum 3 years of clinical hospital nursing experience • Minimum 2 years working as a Virtual Assistant • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptionally clear spoken English • Hands-on experience verifying Commercial, Personal Injury (PI), and Workers' Compensation coverage • Proficiency in calendar management, appointment booking, and multi-channel communication systems • Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage heavy caseloads accurately • Full-time contractor schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm EST
