📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to law firms and case managers regarding open personal injury cases and patient care status • Track case progress and identify settled cases • Update practice management records regarding lien statuses • Serve as liaison between law offices and medical staff • Conduct regular follow-ups with legal teams regarding case stages, trial dates, and settlement progress • Log settlement notices and monitor outstanding medical liens • Maintain accurate ledger details in practice records • Communicate patient treatment plans, medical record requests, and clinical notes to law firms • Maintain organized case logs to ensure open liens and personal injury cases are tracked

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working as a Lien Coordinator, Case Manager, or Personal Injury Assistant in a medical office or legal setting • High comfort level conducting cold and warm outbound calls to law firms • Clear, articulate, and fluent English speaking skills • Solid understanding of personal injury case lifecycles, medical liens, third-party liability, and legal settlements • Exceptional tracking habits with a systematic approach to managing high volumes of open files • Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace • High-speed internet • Reliable computer • Clear headset • Background supporting Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) clinics preferred • Professional fluency in Spanish alongside fluent English preferred
