📋 Description

• Assist providers with real-time documentation of patient notes during clinic hours, plus follow-up documentation afterward as needed • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all clinical documentation • Work directly and continuously with providers throughout the day in a fast-paced clinical environment • Apply strong knowledge of medical terminology across a broad range of dermatologic conditions and procedures • Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and ready for provider review and sign-off

🎯 Requirements

• Required Qualifications • - Nursing License or LPN with strong clinical documentation experience will also be considered • - Prior experience as a medical scribe required • - ModMed / Mod Med EMA EMR experience required • - Strong, clear spoken and written English communication for real-time provider interaction • - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation • - Strong working knowledge of medical terminology • - Comfortable working directly with providers in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting
