📋 Description
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases. • Introduce company products and services to potential clients. • Qualify leads and identify customer needs. • Schedule appointments for the sales team when applicable. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. • Follow up with prospects as needed. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on every call.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
