📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries • Manage payroll timelines, inputs, approvals, and outputs with Shared Services Payroll and external providers • Review and validate employee data, contractual changes, variable pay, and statutory updates before processing • Review Gross-to-Net reports, identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve issues before payroll sign-off • Liaise between HR, Shared Services Payroll, Finance, and external payroll providers • Maintain knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and practices • Maintain payroll controls, document processes, monitor service delivery, and ensure compliance • Identify improvements to payroll processes, data quality, controls, and standardisation • Reconcile payroll costs against budgets, forecasts, and financial records • Support month-end close and accurate payroll-cost financial reporting • Produce global payroll and staff-cost reports for Finance and business stakeholders • Partner with FP&A on headcount-cost analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making • Develop payroll reporting, dashboards, and reconciliations • Support payroll and staff-cost audits and internal-control activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in global payroll, payroll operations, HR Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role • Experience coordinating payroll activities across multiple countries with Shared Services teams or outsourced payroll providers • Understanding of payroll processes, payroll controls, and statutory compliance • Knowledge of Spain, the UK, and Mexico is advantageous • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Ability to interpret payroll data, identify anomalies, and perform reconciliations • Excellent attention to detail, data integrity, accuracy, and compliance focus • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple payroll calendars, priorities, and stakeholders across countries • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools is highly desirable • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset • Fluent in English, written and spoken
