📋 Description

• Develop the capabilities of Sales and Client Management professionals across the Regional and National account segments • Deliver role-based training to corporate Sales and Client Management professionals • Reinforce effective sales and client management practices • Improve field processes and operational efficiency • Enhance broker and customer engagement capabilities • Partner with enterprise Learning & Development teams to align training content with organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8–12+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, national account management, or distribution leadership. • Experience designing and delivering advanced sales capability programs.
