🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • Associate degree in a work-related discipline preferred • Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience • Experience with Advanced Practice Practitioner recruitment preferred • Ability to coach employees and managers on complex recruitment issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize workload
