📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth customer research through site visits, interviews, and surveys to identify user needs and pain points • Organize and execute prototype and beta testing programs, collecting, and analyzing feedback to inform product development • Serve as the primary field contact for customers during product trials, ensuring a positive experience and timely issue resolution • Collaborate closely with product managers to relay field insights, support requirements gathering, and prioritize feature development • Monitor market trends and competitor products to provide actionable recommendations • Assist in the creation of product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies • Support cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) with technical product knowledge and field data • Track and report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in related field (or equivalent experience) • 5 years of experience in a product specialist, field application, customer success, construction project management, pre-fabrication, or related role within the construction industry • Demonstrated experience with customer research, prototype/beta testing, supporting product development, customer success, application deployment, and adoption etc. • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize field data into actionable insights • Familiarity with product management processes and tools • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and fieldwork
