âą Execute distributor show events, manage sales growth plans & execute new product launches âą Flawlessly execute category sales plans for all assigned brands and product categories (i.e., DeWALT, Irwin, Stanley, to name a few) âą Achieve weekly, quarterly & yearly sales goals âą Develop strong relationships with key account personnel âą Work effectively with your manager on a weekly/monthly basis âą Complete all communication requirements with accounts timely and effectively âą Working with wholesaler accounts to find new and creative ways to win the wall and increase sales âą Become the liaison between retail stores, wholesaler accounts & our channel marketing team âą Ensure standards are met to maintain strong brand presence âą Work with buyers to promote and expand brand exposure âą Become a product knowledge expert
âą College or University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or relevant area of study âą 2-3 Years retail and/or wholesale sales experience âą Experience with retail events, product demonstration, new product launches âą Ability to develop, forecast and launch aggressive promotional strategies âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills âą Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a group to achieve team goals âą Strong organizational and time management skills âą Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook âą Clean Drivers Abstract required âą Ability to travel 30-35% âą Ecommerce experience required
