📋 Description

• Gather, clean and analyze data from Brand, Commercial, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to improve forecast accuracy • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders • Translate data findings into actionable business strategies, analysis and recommendations for forecast accuracy initiatives • Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects, key business initiatives and enterprise data projects • Identify trends, patterns and optimization opportunities within data processes and systems • Drive process improvements impacting business results, including SKU-level forecast enablement • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular analysis and validation • Learn and apply new analytical techniques, technologies and tools • Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to accelerate project development, enhance forecasting and automate routine analytic processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Analytics or Accounting • 2-4 years of prior related experience • Working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion and Essbase • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx and Snowflake • Experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis and automation preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous professional development • Experience or interest in utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance analytics and business outcomes
