📋 Description

• Support the monthly closing process by consolidating reports and creating graphical presentations • Process and generate data outputs using BI tools, especially Power BI • Monitor the budget based on general ledger accounts and cost centers, comparing Budget vs. Actuals vs. Forecast • Support the management and monitoring of HR metrics, including vacancy tracking, performance indicators, and actual vs. budgeted headcount

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
