📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues in production processes and automations • Gather current-state (as-is) commercial processes from business teams, design the future state (to-be), and translate it into HubSpot configuration • Specify and validate integrations and AI initiatives applied to operations • Build, refine, and document workflows and automations • Serve as the operational point of contact for business units and maintain configuration standards • Apply a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, RD Station, or equivalent • Experience with branching and conditional workflows, properties, objects, pipelines, and permission management • HubSpot knowledge is a plus • Functional understanding of integrations, including APIs, webhooks, system synchronization, and error handling • Direct interaction with commercial teams and business leadership • Ability to analyze failures in integrations, workflows, and processes within the tools • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts
