⢠Conduct meetings with construction companies across Brazil, presenting the solution in a consultative manner. ⢠Manage the sales pipeline, monitor metrics, and ensure predictable results; ⢠Lead negotiations and closings focused on monthly targets; ⢠Prospect new leads and opportunities through multichannel approaches (social selling, cold calls, emails, AI, etc.); ⢠Oversee initial post-sale follow-up, ensuring a positive experience during the first months; ⢠Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
⢠Proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle; ⢠Experience in the construction sector, engineering, or selling to industry players; ⢠Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.); ⢠Availability for occasional travel; ⢠Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts. ⢠Availability for occasional travel.
