⢠Handling customer inquiries via email, telephone and WhatsApp chat ⢠Efficient management of tickets in the customer care system ⢠Responding to customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot ⢠Proactively informing customers about orders
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in customer service, preferably in written and telephone support ⢠Initial experience with digital ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) ⢠Fluent in German with excellent communication skills ⢠Good organisation and careful working style ⢠Fast typing speed and good MS Office skills ⢠Team player with strong interpersonal skills
