📋 Description

• Manage and lead a range of strategic projects through to operational implementation in collaboration with the company’s key stakeholders • Facilitate cross-team cooperation to ensure project success • Define strategic objectives for the coming year and break them down into specific focus areas • Conduct and prepare robust market and competitive analyses to identify new growth opportunities • Continuously challenge and refine the overall company strategy based on market trends, competitive dynamics and internal performance insights • Prepare decision papers for management using qualitative and quantitative methods to synthesize complex information • Plan and run workshops with senior management and C-level executives

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, startups or corporate development • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently analyze data and derive clear conclusions and recommendations • Solid understanding of strategic challenges and opportunities in an online subscription business model • Ideally basic knowledge of data analytics and the ability to validate and improve analyses together with subject-matter teams • Awareness of and interest in market and competitive trends • Excellent observational, organizational and communication skills • Strong team player with a positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement • High initiative and commitment to delivering quality work, with a structured and energetic work style • Innovative mindset, entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to contribute to our growth story • Strong, targeted communication skills with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent English and German language skills
