📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your roster of talents. • Run weekly check-ins to ensure talent satisfaction, surface concerns early, and uncover growth opportunities. • Lead monthly Strategy Meetings with your talent roster to develop and implement retention strategies that keep top talent engaged with Boksi long-term. • Support talents with career development, content guidance, and strategic advice on positioning, rates, and audience growth. • Close collaboration with the Sales team to match the right talents for campaigns. • Brief talents on campaign requirements and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery from kick-off to wrap. • Monitor talent-side performance and act on insights. • Identify and scout new talents that align with Boksi's values and our clients' needs across Germany.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent management, sales, influencer marketing, or related field. • Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital marketing landscape in Germany. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Highly organized and results-driven with a hands-on, proactive approach. • Fluency in German and English.
