📋 Description

• Technical supervision and analysis of properties across all HOAI phases (1–9). • Management of project schedules, costs and quality up to final handover. • Planning measures, preparing cost estimates, and managing tendering and contract awards. • Monitoring construction work on site and coordinating rectification of defects as well as warranty periods. • Reviewing execution drawings and ensuring that all technical minimum requirements for funding are met. • Central point of contact for planners, authorities and commercial project management. • Providing technical metrics for profitability calculations, cash flow plans and funding applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification such as a construction technician with relevant experience. • Solid experience in site management or project control, preferably focused on existing properties and energy-efficient modernisation. • Confident handling of HOAI and VOB, and understanding of technical concepts for precise cost estimates. • Commercial mindset with an overview of quality, budgets and schedules in complex projects. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work at the interface between clients, commercial project management and the construction site. • Ideally experience in the technical delivery of residential construction projects and, where applicable, funded construction projects (e.g. KfW/BEG).
