📋 Description

• You manage both simple and complex projects in the protein segment and ensure product ideas progress smoothly from concept to final implementation. • You work in tandem with our Product Line Managers (PLMs), analyze the competitive landscape, and actively contribute to defining new product concepts. • You secure planned product launches and restocks through continuous coordination with launch, operations, D2C, and B2B teams. • You lead the transition of our existing range to new designs, packaging formats, and other product updates. • You manage the cadence for executing our product pipeline, ensure clarity for all stakeholders, proactively address delays, and make sure KPIs are achieved.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to different departments (startup, consulting, or project management). • You have proven strong organizational skills and have successfully managed projects of varying sizes and timelines with multiple stakeholders. • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You apply a pragmatic Pareto approach (focus on details where it matters) and intuitively know which approach is required when. • You are an excellent communicator at all levels — from C-level to frontline staff. • You communicate confidently in German and English to ensure collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
