📋 Description

• Diagnose issues and recommend maintenance solutions • Repair products • Assist and advise customers on robot operation • Prepare service reports in the CRM system • Manage the remote stock of spare parts • Deliver maintenance training • Monitor customer accounts in collaboration with the wider team • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service • Work directly with customers in high-tech industries • Participate in a several-week onboarding program, including an immersion at the production site in Haute-Savoie and field training alongside an experienced technician

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Two-year technical degree or equivalent minimum • Successful initial experience in a similar role, ideally in the maintenance or installation of special-purpose machinery • Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial IT and automation • Proficiency in one or more programming languages • Comfortable communicating in English • Ability to work independently • Strong customer-service orientation • Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented
