📋 Description

• Own the design, build, and scaling of a production-level AI-driven CRM system for player retention • Audit the current CRM setup, Customer.io usage, data flows, segmentation, churn models, and integrations • Deliver a target architecture • Launch an MVP flow from player data and churn prediction through AI analysis, offer recommendation, Customer.io campaign, and human approval • Automate segmentation, timing, offer selection, campaign creation, and basic analytics • Put an AI optimization loop into production from campaign results through analysis, learning, and new recommendations • Prepare the foundation for VIP/PAM AI • Shift CRM operations from manual campaign building to AI-supervised personalization • Enable the CRM Manager to review recommendations, approve campaigns, and own GEO results • Report directly to the CRO

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building or owning production automation systems connecting data, models, and marketing tools • Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM/marketing automation platform; Customer.io strongly preferred, with Optimove, Braze, or Iterable relevant • Practical experience with customer data platforms, data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake, and orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, n8n, Make, or similar • Ability to design and implement AI-driven flows including churn, LTV, and next-best-action models, recommendation logic, LangChain/LangGraph, or direct LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI • Strong systems thinking and ability to describe and build architecture, data flows, agents, integrations, approval layers, and analytics loops • Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace businesses with high-volume customer data is a plus • Senior / Lead level ownership of architecture, roadmap, implementation, integrations, AI agents, automation, analytics, documentation, and scaling • Completion of a technical assignment designing an AI-driven CRM system for 1M players
