📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing • Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles and markets • Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process • Respond to applicants quickly • Write and maintain job descriptions and postings • Run onboarding for new hires • Maintain accurate employee records and organized HR documentation • Coordinate HR administration from offer paperwork through offboarding • Support engagement, culture, performance, feedback, and scalable HR policy processes • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions • Provide light payroll support and maintain accurate compensation and contractor details • Keep the ATS clean and current • Take on ad-hoc HR and operations projects for the HR Director • Use AI and automation to improve recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Experience running full-cycle recruiting and closing candidates • Experience hiring internationally and in the USA • Daily use of AI tools or strong interest in learning them • Builder mindset with interest in automating manual processes using workflows, templates, dashboards, and prompts • Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities beyond a strict job description • Bias toward action • Organized and proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems • Comfortable with high-volume, cross-brand hiring • Availability during US hours, including Eastern Time (EST) • Excellent written and verbal English • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision • Reliable internet and a professional remote setup
