📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing • Build and manage pipelines across multiple roles and markets • Keep candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process • Respond to applicants quickly • Write and maintain job descriptions and postings • Run onboarding for new hires • Maintain accurate employee records and organized HR documentation • Coordinate HR administration from offer paperwork through offboarding • Support engagement, culture, performance and feedback processes, and scalable HR policies • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions • Provide light payroll support and maintain accurate compensation and contractor details • Keep the ATS clean and current • Take on ad-hoc HR and operations projects for the HR Director • Use AI and automation to improve recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Experience running full-cycle recruiting and closing candidates • Experience hiring internationally and in the USA • AI-native or AI-curious, with daily use of AI tools or strong willingness to learn • Builder mindset and interest in automating manual processes with workflows, templates, dashboards, and prompts • Comfortable taking on tasks outside a strict job description • Bias toward action • Organized and proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems • Available during US hours, working Eastern Time (EST) • Excellent written and verbal English • Self-driven and able to operate independently with minimal supervision • Reliable internet and a professional remote setup • Nice to have: experience hiring across multiple international markets • Nice to have: exposure to HR compliance, contractor management, or payroll coordination • Nice to have: experience building or improving onboarding programs from scratch
